Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Pre-orders. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email hello@fieldstudybeauty.com with your order number. If your order will ship later than the date stated at checkout, we will email you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email hello@fieldstudybeauty.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Questions before you buy. Email hello@fieldstudybeauty.com. We would rather answer your questions first than have you buy something that is not right for you.
